2. What Happens Next

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or the area where route64.net is located)

  • Your physical or electronic signature
